Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Eden mobile application and related services (the "Service"), provided by Iron & Oak, a registered trade name of Lion and Lamb LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Eden, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Using Eden

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Use Eden for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

Subscriptions and payments

Eden may offer paid subscriptions or features. If you purchase a subscription through an app store, the purchase is processed by that store and is also subject to its terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and you can manage or cancel them in your app store account settings. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable.

Health, nutrition, and informational content

Eden provides meal planning, nutrition information, and related content for general informational and organizational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult an appropriate professional regarding your health, diet, pregnancy, or your family's needs. You use this information at your own discretion.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or submit in Eden. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the content you provide.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (other than your own content), is owned by Lion and Lamb LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron & Oak and Lion and Lamb LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Apple App Store

If you download Eden from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the Service must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Eden after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
